1. General Provisions:

• The buyer has the right to return the product within 24 hours of its receipt.
• Returns are possible only if all conditions stated in this policy are met.

2. Return Conditions:

1. The product's original packaging remains intact and undamaged.
2. The factory seal of the product is unbroken.
3. Presence of the original sales receipt.

3. Return Process:

• To initiate a product return, the buyer must personally visit the “Karipain Moldova” Specialty Store.
• In the store, a Return Form must be completed, indicating the product name, its specifications, and the reason for the return (contraindications, allergic reaction, or individual intolerance).
• After accepting the product for review, the store commits to examining the product's condition and verifying the stated reason within 14 calendar days.
• If the legitimacy of the return is confirmed, reimbursement will be made by transferring funds to the buyer's bank card.

4. Exceptions:

• If the conditions stated above are not met, the product is not eligible for return.
• Products purchased with a 20-30% discount or as part of promotional offers are also not eligible for return.
