PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION

The advantage of Karipain Ultra Gel consists in the strict balancing of concentration and proportions of active substances. The active substances preserve their properties during the entire best before period set by the manufacturer. This approach maximizes the efficiency of treatment of diseases of locomotion apparatus by conservative methods.

Because of the Transcutol the active components of Karipain gel quickly penetrate to the target tissues. Transcutol is several times more efficient than dimexide used in medicine for the same purposes. Thus, owing to the unique composition Karipain Ultra exerts a complex curative action on the affected tissues. It stimulates the regeneration of tissues while the action of Papain and chondroitin sulfate inhibits the destructive processes and stimulates the recovery of cartilaginous tissues. Hyaluronic acid, together with Papain, creates a perfect protection of internal cartilage surfaces, contributing to the normalization of sinovial liquid. INDICATIONS FOR ADMINISTRATION

The medical preparation Karipain Gel is indicated in such affections as protrusion of vertebrae (pre-hernia condition); intervertebral hernias; inflammatory and deforming affections of articulations (arthrosis, arthritis, bursitis, etc.); osteochondrosis, osteoarthrosis; contractures of articulations.

SPECIAL INDICATIONS

Pursuant to the performed clinical studies, the positive effect has been noted in 78% of cases of pathological conditions of medium severity of affections of locomotion apparatus. The clinical study involved 143 persons aged 27 to 68 years. The best results were noted at the patients suffering from osteochondrosis, arthrosis, arthritis, protrusions and small hernias of intervertebral disks. The combination of Karipain Ultra with physiotherapeutic procedures significantly increases the chances for a lengthy remission, if not complete recovery. At the same time, it could certainly affirmed that the Gel is suitable for a wide range of applications and as a conservative method of treatment of vertebral affections, even when there are contraindications for physiotherapeutic procedures.

ADMINISTRATION AND DOSES

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Ingridients

Karipain Ultra Gel

Ingridients: Water, sorbitol, papain, chondroitin sulfate, boswellia extract, transcutol, eumulgin HRE 455, polyglycol 400, rhodicare S, ascorbic acid, hyaluronic acid, kathon CG, perfume composition.

Papain

Monothiolic cysteinic endoprotease also called papain is obtained from the milky juice of special sorts of papaya. When papain is introduced into a locus of a damaged vertebral or articulation cartilage the portions of tissues with dead cells are gradually eliminated. Therefore, favorable conditions are created for the recovery of bone and vascular tissues.

Papain has a favorable action on the affected areas of vertebral column. Owing to the unique properties of this substance the hernias are reduced in dimensions and become softer. Owing to these modifications the previously snatched vessels and nerves are released and the pain is reduced. Moreover, under the influence of papain the recovery of intervertebral disk tissues occurs much faster.

Boswellia extract

The boswelia extract is obtained from the resin of deciduous tree of Boswellia Serrata L. This component has an anti-inflammatory, sedative, antimicrobial and antiseptic action.

The extract prevents the synthesis of special biologically active chemical substances appearing in the process of swelling, but does not affect the formation of Glucosamins and does not have any side effects. Hyaluronic acid

Almost all the tissues of human body contain hyaluronic acid, but with age it is synthesized in smaller and smaller quantities. First of all the deficit of this polysaccharide affects the skin tissues and articulations.

The hyaluronic acid contained in the gel prevents the destruction of cartilage, provides an ointment on its surfaces, improves the contents of intra-articular liquid, releases carbohydrate-protein elements from the fibers of cartilage tissues, at the same time reducing the sensitivity to pain.

Chondroitin sulphate
